Description

Testing draft configurations before going live is risky without proper validation - you don't know how changes will affect real customer interactions until they're already happening. Manually creating test cases for new procedures is tedious, and you might miss edge cases that only show up in production.

You can use the Internal agent to test draft configurations by describing your new procedure or pasting draft instructions in chat.

The Internal agent automatically configures the draft, researches historical tickets to find relevant test scenarios, and creates test simulations with the draft config applied - so you can see exactly how it will behave before you publish.
