Description

Managing Linear issues from bug reports manually is a grind - you need to read through support tickets, identify which bugs are widespread, check if they're already tracked in Linear, create new issues with customer context, and remember to update existing issues with new reports. Without a system, important bugs go untracked and engineers lack the context they need to prioritize.

You can use the Parahelp Internal agent to manage Linear issues by asking it to research bug report tickets and sync with Linear.
