You can configure Parahelp to handle security questions end-to-end by uploading your security documentation and compliance certifications, and connecting your ticketing system for customer replies and transfers.

This enables the Parahelp customer agent to automatically identify the customer's security concern, retrieve relevant documentation, and provide accurate information about encryption, compliance, and data handling - escalating to your security team when needed.
