Description

Integration questions are a great fit for AI automation - they can be resolved by searching your integration documentation and providing clear setup and capability information.

You can configure Parahelp to handle integration questions end-to-end by uploading your Help Center articles and integration documentation, and connecting your ticketing system for customer replies.

This enables the Parahelp customer agent to automatically identify which integration the customer is asking about, retrieve relevant documentation, and provide information about capabilities, setup requirements, and limitations.
