The Deering Estate is arguably the most haunted location in South Florida, and we at the League of Paranormal Investigators declared it haunted after several extensive investigations that turned up some very compelling evidence. After declaring the property haunted, Alex Zequeira of Sun Sentinel-WSFL interviewed members of the LPI at the Deering Estate, and it seems that he had a paranormal experience himself.
